I thought the sound was good for this being a toy. I have read other reviews that state that this has horrible sound but, seriously, what do you expect for something that is marketed as a toy? I am so happy that I didn't pay attention to other reviews and I bought one anyway, now all of my other niece's and nephew's want one too. It's going to be an easy gift giving year for me!
