However, younger children who want dolls that they can dress up may not like her because her clothes are not removable. The top might be (haven't tried yet), but the skirt is definitely NOT removable as it is attached to a plastic circle around the doll's waist that spins her skirt. One AAA battery for each leg of the doll (not included) causes the doll's skirt to spin and light up when the button on her leg is pressed and held down. Skirt spins really fast! It might have been neater if Mattel found a way to make her legs and/or body spin along with the skirt. Who heard of a ballerina whose skirt spins, but not her body?!
