Owner Reviews, Ratings, Comments and Criticism We bought this for the upcoming christmas for my daughter who is five, we put it together today and tested it out. All sensors function properly and it definatly sounds like a real horse. You can here some of the motor movement, but the cute factor overpowers it. She even makes carrot crunching noises when you feed her, she responds to your voice as well. The assembly was a little tricky, however the instructions were nice and clear. The one problem I am having is once you zip the zipper and click it into place, getting it undone has become a problem (still currently working on it). So if you are buying, just make sure everything is nice and tight (you'll understand why when you read the instructions) before you zip the head to the body. It requires 6D batteries and I must say the on off switch is epecially nice and easy to get to as is the battery case. Overall I think it is worth the money, I know my daughter is going to love it.
