They need to change this triangular screw top, and just use an average one. It was frustrating and I will have to walk Furby into home depot and ask them what in the world it takes to change the batteries.. Now, mind you, I grew up with tools, my grandfather handmade some of his own beautiful tools and my husband owns a salvage and auto repair shop..TOOL TIME!!
